Position: Traveling Associate Dentist We are currently looking for a Traveling Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of providing exceptional dental care within the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. Participate in morning meetings (feel free to lead one!), organize your day, express appreciation to your team, and highlight outstanding examples of customer service, teamwork, and goal achievement. Enjoy working with children, who represent 70% or more of our patient demographic. Responsibilities As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Uphold the highest standards of integrity by complying with all governmental regulations, organizational standards, and compliance programs. Perform additional duties as assigned. Our Practice Offers DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex units Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training Staffing ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider Patient demographic: primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients (varies by location) Office flow: an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients Insurance mix includes state plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors Qualifications We expect you to possess: A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults The willingness and ability to cover the following geographical areas: 144 Boston Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06610 1888 Main St, Hartford, CT 06120 105 Myrtle St, New Britain, CT 06051 531 Elm St, New Haven, CT 06511 738 Wolcott St, Waterbury, CT 06705 1070 St James Ave, Springfield, MA 01104 What This Opportunity Provides Earn additional income each week for traveling to various offices within your designated area, with all expenses covered (hotel, mileage, meals where applicable) Opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration Attractive sign-on bonuses and student loan repayment assistance of up to $1,000/month may be available for specific locations What We Offer A guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp-up period OR a percentage of collections No lab fees Full-time providers are eligible for Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, along with Basic Life Insurance plans, are covered by the organization 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matching Company-paid malpractice insurance coverage Paid holidays and time off Continuing Education reimbursements CE opportunities through ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Reimbursements for relevant licenses, certifications, and professional dues, including ADA and/or AAPD memberships Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance Visa and Green Card sponsorship available Our Values We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
