Whether you're designing high-performing Meta Ads or editing UGC videos with the latest AI tools, you'll be working alongside a team that values creativity, autonomy, and impact. Your Mission at Algofy: As a Creative Designer, you’ll conceptualize and produce a variety of marketing assets from Meta and Google Ads to organic social content, emails, and UGC-based videos. You’ll play a central role in turning strategy into compelling visuals and stories that drive performance. Your Daily Responsibilities :Collaborate with the Paid Media team to conceptualize digital ad campaigns (especially Meta Ads and Google Ads) .Create static and animated visuals using Adobe Suite and Figma .Design assets for web, email, and social media that align with brand and performance goals .Develop strategic ad concepts, including messaging, target audience insights, and visual direction .Conduct trend and competitor research to inform your creative decisions .Edit UGC and short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects .Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance workflows and apply innovative visual effects .Align video content with campaign goals and brand tone .Create basic motion graphics and engaging social-ready formats .Manage multiple video and design projects simultaneously .Required Skills and Qualifications :Proven experience in digital advertising, graphic design, and video editin g .Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figm a, and video tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effect s .Experience working with or interest in AI-powered creative tool s .A strong creative eye and attention to detail .Understanding of performance marketing principle s and how creative impacts results .Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ad s, and social media trend s .Strong written and visual communication skills .High-level English proficiency (C2 or near-native) .A killer portfoli o showcasing graphic and video work across platforms .Bonus: Client-facing experience or leading creative directio nWe’re looking for someone who :is Driven -- Want to be a part of a team where everyone is as driven as you ?wants Growth -- Looking for a place where you can explore your interests and strengths as you improve professionally and personally ?is Autonomous -- Are you someone that needs their hand held or someone that craves impact ?can Problem-Solve -- Do you get motivated by bigger challenges ?is Resilient -- Or someone who will still find a solution when things don't go your way ?
