Otolaryngology Physician

• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Call: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM Dates: 8/5 - 8/10 (provider must work the full stretch of open dates; partial dates will not be considered)
• Job Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient 209 beds in the department
• Types of Cases: General Otolaryngology (Surgical and Non-Surgical), Endoscopic Procedures (Septal, Sinus, Bronchoscopy - Flexible and Rigid, Laryngoscopy), Tracheotomy, Thyroidectomy, Extended Parotidectomy, Radical Neck Surgery, Facial Reconstruction, Facial Surgery (Facial Implants, Blepharoplasty, Rhinoplasty), Complex Head and Neck, General Head and Neck Patients ages 18 and up Call coverage for both assigned and unassigned patients Average patients seen while on call: 0-3 Call response time: 15-20 minutes Rounding required for both assigned and unassigned patients Admissions required EMR: Athena / Cerner Stroke Certified facility
• Credentialing: 120-180 days Temporary privileges granted Active California state license required (IMLC/compact license not accepted)

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
• Certifications: BLS required ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS also listed as requirements per facility notes Provider must have 50 case logs within the past 24 months Fellowship required
• Licensure: Active California state license required (IMLC/compact license not accepted)
