Hover is seeking a service-minded IT Administrator for our New York, NY office who will be the first IT contact for 300+ employees. You’ll primarily support macOS and cloud-based tools, own issues end-to-end, and drive root-cause analysis to deliver a great internal experience. You’ll help improve IT services with a collaborative team, manage SSO in Okta, support onboarding, and keep networks, conferencing, and AV running as Hover grows.
