Position Overview As a Senior Implementation Project Manager (Sr. IPM) you will help customers implement the Iterable platform for their engagement marketing needs. You will engage with executives, developers, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to scope and drive the project through successful completion. You will be an Iterable expert and work with internal subject‑matter experts to ensure the project meets customer goals. About The Professional Services Team The core purpose of the team is to delight customers with experiences that maximize their success. The team is made up of project managers, implementation consultants, and technical consultants. We deliver growth marketing strategy, implementation consulting, onboarding, and project management services. Responsibilities Lead multiple concurrent, strategic enterprise projects to implement the Iterable platform for our customers. Engage with executives, developers, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to scope and drive the project through successful completion. Be knowledgeable about Iterable use cases and collaborate with internal subject‑matter experts (SMEs). Develop relationships across functional areas such as Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Security, and IT. Manage complex B2B/B2C implementations and meet or exceed scope goals and target dates. Oversee project execution including resourcing, scheduling, and timely delivery. Provide timely, clear, concise communication to customers and the Iterable project team. Assess project risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary. Meet or exceed targets for CSAT and billable utilization, and on‑time completion. Qualifications 6+ years in B2B customer‑facing SaaS platform implementation, project management, or delivery service role. 2+ years experience working in a fast‑paced high‑tech SaaS startup environment. 2+ years mentoring Project Managers. Proven ability to deliver complex technical projects and customer‑facing solutions. Expert use of MS Office Suite, Google Enterprise Suite, and project management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High emotional intelligence. Servant leadership and a passion for driving customer success. Strong accountability, ownership, and bias for action. Ability to travel to customer sites when required by project scope. Bonus Points Knowledge of marketing automation and marketing technologies. Compensation The U.S. base salary range for this position is $113,500 – $179,000, determined by location, skills, experience, education, and internal equity considerations. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and financial perks.
