Physical Therapist Rehab
Schedule: Regular shift: MondayFriday, 07:0015:30 (start time may be flexible up to 08:00). Weekend requirement: work one full weekend (Sat & Sun) every 4 weeks; you receive a day off that week.
Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks.
Requirements: Required: 1 year of Level 1 trauma acute care experience. Certifications: BLS; State PT license. Additional: ACLS required only for specific locations. Desired: strong communication skills; ability/desire to treat varied patient populations. Pending state license accepted: Yes.
Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement patient treatment plans based on evaluations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and safety. Complete thorough patient documentation and discharge planning. Delegate responsibilities to assistants and techs as needed.
Compliance / Notes: Orientation: 16 hours. Maximum 7 days of requested time off (RTO) within a 13-week contract; no RTO allowed the first week of assignment; no new RTO after submission without approval. Required documents due by 3:00 PM CST on the Monday before initial start date. Facial hair must allow proper fit testing for masks. Must complete labs within 4872 hours of signing. Dress code: Black or Gray scrubs.
