As a Customer Service Facility Attendant, you'll be at the forefront of delivering our commitment to a clean, bright, and safe environment—ensuring every visit is memorable for our guests. You’ll start as a valued team member, with opportunities to grow into roles like Spin Ambassador, supported by mentorship and performance-based rewards. Our facilities boast high-capacity, state-of-the-art machines, and you'll play a key role in ensuring they deliver fast, quality results.

We offer flexible scheduling to fit your life—whether you prefer mornings, evenings, nights, or weekends. During your six-week paid training period, you'll earn $10 per hour, with competitive pay ranging from $10 to $12 per hour plus commissions and bonuses once training is complete.

• Create a Fun and Welcoming job environment by maintaining a clean, neat, and organized facility

• Be a part of changing the way people think about laundry

• Build strong customer relationships within our communities by providing an Excellent Customer Service Experience

• Greet, help, and thank our customers

• Respond with urgency to customer inquiries, product and service questions, along with any customer issues

• Maintain a great visual presentation of our merchandise 

• Educate and share our services, products, and promotions - sharing value for our customers

• Follow our company policies and procedures

• Comply with our uniform dress code

• Prioritize both Customer and Associate Safety 

• Report in a timely manner all equipment, machines, and building maintenance opportunities

Qualifications:

• Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a retail or service environment

• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility for all guests

• Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and community members

• Ability to respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and issues

• Experience in maintaining visual presentation standards for merchandise

• Ability to educate customers on products, services, and promotions with enthusiasm

• Commitment to following company policies, procedures, and uniform dress code guidelines consistently and accurately

• Ability to be at work on time when scheduled
