The Nathan Bowers Agency is looking for a motivated, people-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team in Holland.

Insurance experience is not required. We provide training, coaching, and support to help you develop your skills and build a successful career.

What You'll Do

As an Insurance Advisor, you'll help individuals and families understand their coverage options and find solutions that fit their needs.

• Connect with prospective clients through leads, referrals, and follow-up

• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and recommend appropriate coverage

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients

• Identify opportunities to provide clients with additional protection

• Manage leads and follow-ups through our CRM

• Work toward individual and agency sales goals

What We're Looking For

You don't need an insurance background to succeed here. We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys talking with people and building relationships

• Is motivated by goals and earning potential

• Is confident, persistent, and comfortable hearing "no"

• Takes coaching well and wants to improve

• Is dependable, organized, and consistent with follow-up

• Has sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required

• Holds a Property & Casualty license or is willing to obtain one
