Job Description:
We are currently seeking detail-oriented Microwave Cable Assembly Technicians (Solderers) to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent hand-eye coordination, strong attention to detail, and an interest in learning precision soldering of small components and cable assemblies.

Candidates with previous soldering or assembly experience are encouraged to apply; however, entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble microwave cable components and small aerospace parts
• Perform precision soldering on small pieces and cable assemblies
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and functionality
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work with small components and detailed assemblies
• Prior soldering or assembly experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
