This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the tax preparation industry and work with a reputable company. Responsibilities: Assist clients with tax preparation and filing Review financial records and documents to ensure accuracy Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries Stay updated on tax laws and regulations Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines Requirements: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of tax laws and regulations Previous experience in customer service is a plus Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends About Us: Jackson Hewitt has been a trusted name in tax preparation for over 35 years.
