Project Management

We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant who wants to break into project management and build real responsibility quickly. This is not a passive admin role. You will work directly with experienced project leaders, gain exposure to client-facing work, and learn how complex appraisal-related projects move from kickoff to completion. What You Will Do Own the Details That Drive Projects Forward Maintain project schedules and trackers using tools like Monday.com Update key milestones including hearings, trial dates, and deadlines Coordinate kickoff meetings and wrap-up sessions Track progress and help keep projects on schedule Build and Manage Critical Documentation Organize hearing and trial documents (digital and physical files) Collect and manage documentation from clients and vendors Ensure project files are complete, accurate, and easy to access Support Communication Across Teams Facilitate communication between project managers, analysts, appraisers, and support staff Prepare meeting agendas, capture action items, and track follow-ups Help compile debrief notes and identify process improvements Develop Technical Project Skills Assist with deed plots and KMZ files using Google Earth and survey data Gather data for project reporting including budget updates and milestones Learn and follow structured project management processes Who Thrives Here This role is ideal for someone who: Wants a long-term path into project management Is highly organized and detail oriented Communicates clearly and professionally Can manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy Enjoys accountability and being trusted with real responsibility What You Bring Strong organizational skills 4 year degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Exposure to project management tools or principles is a plus Experience in a professional office setting Why This Role Is Different You will not be siloed.
