Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify each client's mental health concerns and ascertain treatment needs. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s specific challenges and aspirations, integrating evidence-based therapeutic practices. \n
- Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that have proven effectiveness in managing diverse mental health issues. \n
- Engage in continuous collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic treatment approach. \n
- Educate and support clients' families, facilitating their involvement in the recovery process to enhance support systems around the client. \n
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to all relevant regulatory and ethical standards. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, emphasizing advanced training applicable to mental health counseling. \n
- Extensive experience or specialization in mental health counseling, demonstrating a thorough understanding of various therapeutic modalities. \n
- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients and apply therapeutic techniques that motivate and inspire recovery. \n
- Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. \n

- Experience in outpatient clinical settings, with familiarity in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress and treatment plans. \n
- Competence in leading therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices. \n
- Proficiency in providing culturally competent care and addressing the unique needs of a diverse client population. \n
