Enterprise Account Analyst I

As an Enterprise Account Analyst, you support Enterprise Sales teams in billing and payments areas for TQL’s largest customers. You will be responsible for identifying the cause for aging invoices, and technological opportunities with customer using a TMS or 3rd party payer. Collaborate and work with various TQL teams as needed. What you’ll be doing: Manage Enterprise Account Customer Compliance with a focus on maintaining A/R within customer pay terms and maximizing collection rates. Serve as a liaison between Sales and Accounting to streamline billing and payment processes. Monitor KPIs in billing, customer payments, and brokerage revenue, and proactively identify trends or issues that could impact performance. Create and revise TQL SOPs to exceed customer expectations and prevent invoicing errors. Coordinate with Sales and Accounting to resolve payment delays, and initiate root cause analysis for missed KPIs. Conduct meetings with Sales leadership to review portfolio health and escalating accounts for deep dives when needed. Onboard new customers and ensure we meet their billing requirements.
