Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology

Schedule
Days - 10 Hour Shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) with rotating call

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements
- Active and Clear New York RN License
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications
- 3 years of experience in a Critical Care setting
- 1 year of experience in an Interventional Procedural Department (IR, Cardiology, Vascular Interventions, Neuro IR)
- EPIC EMR experience is required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
- Monitor patient status pre, intra, and post-procedure.
- Collaborate with the interventional team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and perform interventions as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-procedure care.

Compliance / Notes
- Scrubs will be provided.
- Rotating on-call requirement.
