Shift Timings: 07:00-19:30 Hours 3 days 12-hour shift (Monday- Friday)
Per Week: 36 Hours

Registered Nurse Agency Request needed for Ascension Borgess Lee 2North Day Shift. Nicole Ray Agency RN Contract ended 05/2/24. She has rescinded her contract. Lee 2North needs two nurses or 1 RN and 1CNA every shift in order to operate safely. Currently have a full-time dayshift RN position posted. Productivity has been low, due to patient census being low, but the department still needs to be staffed with a minimum of 1 nurse per shift and one CNA Or 2 Nurses for patient safety.
The department currently is short 3 full time day positions."
11 bed ED with one trauma bay and 1 designated safer room behavioral health.
The inpatient unit consist of 25 beds with 10 of them being Swing beds.
We provide care from rehab level up to special care unit level. which includes various IV drips, telemetry, respiratory support. We function with a multidisciplinary team on our inpatient unit that includes: therapy, dietary, and case management in addition to the nursing.

Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
