Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties

Position Overview
A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care services in an outpatient clinical setting serving the Veteran population. This role offers an excellent work-life balance along with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and develop treatment plans
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
Complete preventive care and clinical reminders
Discuss patient care plans and outcomes with Medical Director and care team

Qualifications

MSN from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (Family Practice or Internal Medicine)
Active and unrestricted state license
Current DEA registration
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical and computer skills
Minimum 1 year of clinical practice preferred
