Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician
HIGH PLAINS COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER
The Behavioral Health Provider at High Plains Community Health Center will conduct behavioral health assessments, provide therapy and crisis interventions, and coordinate care within a biopsychosocial, team-based model. Responsibilities include accurate documentation within 48 hours, supervision of students, and active community outreach to promote whole-person care.
