Staff Officer III

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Staff Officer III to support a company focused on national security and intelligence operations within the Department of War (DoW). This position is on-site at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA . The Staff Officer III will lead critical reporting, data analysis, and coordination efforts supporting sensitive activities for senior leadership and Congress. Responsibilities Lead the preparation, staffing, and delivery of quarterly reports and executive briefings on sensitive activities for Congress and senior Executive Branch leaders Coordinate and facilitate meetings, working groups, and SA-EXCON sessions, including agendas, materials, rosters, and meeting minutes Analyze large datasets and develop visualization tools and dashboards (e.g., Kibana) to support data-driven decision-making Identify analytical methodologies and statistical techniques to uncover patterns in classified datasets Collaborate with developers, analysts, and program managers to support reporting systems and policy/strategy development Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience producing reports and briefings within the Department of War or Intelligence Community Experience using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Kibana or similar platforms) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with experience supporting Congressional briefings Bachelor’s Degree required Active TS/SCI Clearance required Compensation Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000 a year ( depending on experience ) Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick leave as required by law #J-18808-Ljbffr Zachary Piper Solutions
