Step into a pivotal role supporting students' growth in a dynamic school environment as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This contract opportunity, located in the vibrant area near Norwalk, CT, invites dedicated RBT professionals to make a daily difference in the lives of children and adolescents requiring behavioral support.

What We're Looking For:
- Current RBT certification required
- Previous experience supporting children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental differences
- Familiarity with ABA techniques and data collection
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based setting
- Flexibility, empathy, and a positive, resourceful attitude
- Willingness to adapt to varied school settings and student needs
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA
- Collect and record accurate behavioral data during sessions
- Deliver instructional and behavioral support to assigned students
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and caregivers to encourage consistent strategies and growth
- Provide feedback and progress updates to the supervising BCBA and school teams
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines
- Gain valuable experience working across diverse age groups and school environments
