School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Bothell, Washington

Youll serve a diverse student population with speech, language, and communication needs. Day-to-day, youll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, deliver direct therapy, and contribute to customized Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Experience with a range of disorders and comfort with both assessment and intervention will ensure you thrive in this supportive educational setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Washington state license for SLP and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion for fostering growth, positive attitudes, and success in students.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for referred students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized speech and language therapy plans.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and special education staff.
• Deliver direct therapy, both individual and group sessions, focusing on targeted communication goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and federal guidelines.
• Provide input and participate in IEP meetings.
• Offer resources and strategies to teachers and families for use in academic environments.
• Adapt interventions for diverse student needs, grades K-12.
