- Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm with 30-minute lunch break
- Patient volume up to 30 patients per day
- Patients ages 2 and up
- New clinic -- volume may vary as practice grows
- New patient evals, H+Ps, follow-ups, sick visits, annuals
- Specialist referrals required
- Hospital privileges required
- BLS certification required

From $65.00 to $85.00 hourly
