Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN

Job Summary:

Harmony Care at Beaumont, a haven where compassionate care intersects with medical expertise and Texan heart, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our long-term care facility. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, utilizing your clinical expertise and strong leadership skills to make a positive impact on their lives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer and record medications and treatments

• Prepare for and assist physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments

• Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals

• Perform other job-related duties as they become required

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Valid LVN license in the state of Texas

• CPR certification

• Experience in long-term care or a related setting is a plus

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Schedule:

• Shifts available: 6am-2:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, 10pm-6:30am

• Alternating weekends and holidays
