Service Captain & Lead Server (Fine Dining)

Echo Lake Country Club in Westfield, NJ is seeking an À la Carte Service Captain—a full-time Professional Server who will carry a complete dining-room section while providing floor leadership, training, and support to the Food & Beverage service team. This role handles à la carte dining with banquet/event service as needed, onboarding and coaching servers, food runners, bussers, hosts, and other staff. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service is essential, plus availability for evenings and #J-18808-Ljbffr Echo-Lake-Country-Club
