Schedule: M-F, 40 hours a week ; 11pm-5AM

What You'll Do:

Drive initiatives to reduce production errors, improve quality, and increase productivity.

Adhere to the production schedule by assigning personnel, monitoring workflow, resolving production constraints, and reporting shift results.

Plan, oversee, and document employee training and development.

Partner with Purchasing, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability and schedule adherence.

Coordinate production flow between manufacturing and shipping operations.

Serve as the liaison between Purchasing and Planning.

Support performance measurement and documentation of manufacturing processes.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Support digitalization efforts by implementing Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays, Performance/Status Dashboards, and other connected manufacturing tools.

Manage production floor inventory to support manufacturing operations.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of manufacturing supervisor experience
• HS Diploma or GED 
• 5+ years of SAP, Dayforce, or Workday experience
