Hybrid 4 days onsite in either Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY

Our client, a leading global financial services organization, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives focused on Software Engineering, Technology, Data, and Emerging Technology talent. This recruiter will partner with hiring managers and business leaders, manage full-cycle recruiting, and drive proactive sourcing strategies across multiple business units. The role requires strong technical recruiting experience and the ability to manage numerous active requisitions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $35.00 to $45.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and candidate profiles.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent.
• Leverage Boolean search techniques, advanced keyword searches, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
• Build pipelines for Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and other technology professionals.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning needs.
• Provide market intelligence, salary trends, and candidate availability insights.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on recruiting strategies and hiring challenges.
• Conduct candidate screening and qualification discussions.
• Evaluate technical and professional experience against role requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer discussions.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Develop relationships with passive talent across a variety of technology disciplines.
• Maintain talent communities and engagement strategies to support long-term hiring objectives.
• Manage multiple concurrent requisitions within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring documentation.

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience managing requisitions from intake through offer stage.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Technology, Information Technology, or related technical functions.
• Expertise in direct sourcing, including Boolean search, talent mining, and LinkedIn recruiting techniques.
• Experience screening and evaluating technical candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Preferred: Experience within large enterprise organizations and financial services or banking.
• Preferred: Exposure to AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or emerging technology skill sets.
• Preferred: Experience supporting high-volume recruiting with 20-30+ concurrent requisitions.
• Preferred: Experience working with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
