Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) CRM Techno-Functional Specialist with strong expertise in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle EBS CRM modules, combined with deep hands-on development experience in Java and REST APIs.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Oracle CRM applications, strong technical and functional troubleshooting skills, and the ability to develop integrations, implement enhancements, and leverage emerging AI technologies to drive innovation and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Oracle EBS CRM Modules: 12+ years of strong techno-functional experience with Service Contracts, Install Base, and Field Service.
\n
• CRM Support and Enhancements: Provide production support, troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues, implement enhancements, and ensure the stability and performance of Oracle EBS CRM applications.
\n
• Technical Development: Deep hands-on development experience with Java, REST APIs, and custom application development.
\n
• Integrations and Web Services: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS CRM and external applications using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and other integration technologies.
\n
• Oracle EBS Technical Skills: Experience with PL/SQL, SQL, concurrent programs, interfaces, reports, workflows, personalization, extensions, and Oracle EBS technical architecture.
\n
• AI Technologies: Good exposure to AI technologies, with an interest in applying generative AI, intelligent automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance CRM processes and customer experiences.
\n
• Business Analysis and Problem-Solving: Ability to understand business requirements, analyze functional gaps, and translate requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions.
\n
• Learning and Innovation: Positive attitude, eagerness to learn new technologies, adaptability to evolving business needs, and enthusiasm for bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 CRM applications.

• Experience with Oracle CRM integrations, custom extensions, and third-party application connectivity.

• Understanding of CRM business processes, including lead and opportunity management, customer service, service requests, contracts, and field service operations.

• Exposure to AI-powered CRM solutions, generative AI, chatbots, and workflow automation.
\n
• A continuous-improvement mindset with a strong interest in adopting emerging technologies to deliver business value.
