Office Assistant

Receives and delivers messages for office staff

Receives incoming calls in a timely manner (ideal is within 3 rings)

Types at least 30 wpm, proficient with MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint and basic data entry

Knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, preparation of business correspondence and screening of mail/phone calls

Notifies appropriate manager of visitor's presence
