Data Entry Clerk

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a large-scale records and documentation update project. This individual will play a key role in reviewing, maintaining, and updating business documents, files, and records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and organization across various systems and platforms.

What You'll Do

• Review and update business documents, records, and electronic files to maintain accurate information.
• Enter, edit, and verify data within databases, spreadsheets, and document management systems.
• Organize, rename, and maintain digital files and folders to support efficient recordkeeping.
• Update templates, forms, and administrative documents as needed.
• Conduct quality checks to identify discrepancies, outdated information, and data inaccuracies.
• Track progress of completed work and maintain organized project records.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure documentation is updated accurately and on schedule.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in data entry, document management, records administration, or a related function.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable working with digital documents, electronic filing systems, and databases.
• Strong communication skills and overall computer proficiency.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
