What You'll do: • Support Purchasing Operations o Assist with creating and processing purchase orders for parts and supplies o Monitor backorders and follow up with vendors on order status and ship dates o Communicate with vendors on pricing, availability, and discrepancies o Maintain accurate purchasing records within company systems • Provide Administrative Support o Support the Parts Department and leadership team with daily administrative tasks o Maintain organized records for purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documentation o Assist with data entry, reporting, and system updates o Coordinate communication between purchasing, parts sales, and warehouse teams • Assist with Projects & Process Improvements o Support department projects including process improvements and system updates o Gather data and prepare reports related to purchasing and inventory o Assist with implementation of new procedures and internal processes o Support vendor onboarding, documentation, and pricing updates o Help ensure consistency and accuracy across purchasing and administrative workflows Requirements What We're Looking For • 1-3 years of experience in administrative, purchasing, or operations support experience preferred. • Parts sales, inventory, or counter operations particularly in the tank trailer industry is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude, anticipate challenges and rise to meet them.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Office 365 applications for efficient sales management.
• Strong project management and analytical skills to oversee multiple priorities.
Physical Requirements • Must be able to stand, walk, reach, climb, or crouch.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal skills with customers, management, and team members. • Reasonable accommodation will be provided for those requiring assistance.
