Graduate Practical Nurse, GPN

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) graduate will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and providing patient, resident, and family satisfaction. Responsibilities Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes. Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning. Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff. Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders. Qualifications Graduate of an approved vocational nursing school. Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure. Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
