Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant , Medical Exams $101.75/hr

Overview We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct clinical assessments for veterans. The role pays $82.25–$101.75 per hour, without evenings, calls, prescribing, or low patient volume. You decide your own schedule. Benefits Flexible schedule: work any hours between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., 7 days a week. Work 2 to 10 hours per day. Documentation can be completed at home. Paid per Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ); average time 20–30 min, typical earnings $500–700 per day. Role & Responsibilities NPs and PAs will perform disability assessments for veterans with the VA, including: Review veteran medical records. Conduct lengthy history to determine service‑related condition. Perform physical assessment and document findings. Prepare comprehensive documentation, no prescribing or direct treatment. Qualifications Active state license as NP or PA. Investigative mindset; ability to analyze claims, collect evidence, and remain unbiased. Capability to manage complex documentation.
