We are seeking a Director of AI Product Management to own acquisition and digital operations for one of our clients. In this role, you will lead a team designing, building, deploying, and scaling AI-native products and agentic workflows that materially improve our client’s economics. You will translate partner objectives, business strategy, and experimentation insights into clear product roadmaps, while working directly with client stakeholders to shape solutions, align on priorities, and guide key product decisions.We expect this leader to be deeply technical, analytically rigorous, and relentlessly curious. You should bring a strong grasp of data science practices, the ability to find signal in ambiguity, and the judgment to identify where AI can create meaningful value within the broader partner strategy. You are comfortable operating close to the details, solving complex analytical and technical problems, and being hands-on when needed to drive our hardest challenges. Your ability to influence key stakeholders enables your team to be an agent of change driving growth.This role will have significant visibility across our client services division. You will work closely with senior leaders across product, technology, data, and client teams and serve as a credible strategic partner to the client on the products you lead. You will bring strong product judgment, help stakeholders navigate complex decisions, and build confidence in the path from opportunity to measurable business impact.What You’ll Do:Identify & drive initiatives: Generate the product roadmap for the client partnership and lead multiple AI product initiatives, ensuring alignment with product leadership, partner objectives, customer needs, and broader RVGT strategy. Develop business cases and assess feasibility, impact, and ROI in partnership with business and client stakeholders.Translate vision into action: Turn high-level strategy into actionable workstreams, defining sequencing, resourcing, and execution plans in partnership with product team members and cross-functional leads. Create clarity and alignment.Own outcomes: Own the P&L and business impact of your initiatives, communicating progress, ROI, risks, and opportunities to leadership and client partners, shaping the go-forward for each workstream to ensure it’s positioned to deliver meaningful impact, getting hands-on where necessary to unblock our hardest tasks and hurdlesAdvance the Operating System: Build and deploy agentic workflows across your workstreams in partnership with our central teams. You invest time in staying close to new developments, forming clear opinions on what makes systems effective, and bringing that perspective into product strategy, team leadership, and execution.Experiences You've Had: End-to-end ownership: Experience driving AI/ML products from concept through iteration, guiding a team through delivery, and owning the outcomes and business impact of the work.Driving complex decision-making: Experience influencing cross-functional leaders, navigating competing priorities, and making high-impact product decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.Built from experience: You’ve worked hands-on with production-grade AI systems, whether evaluating model behavior, running analyses (sql, python), building agents, or optimizing data pipelines, giving you the practical grounding to lead teams and make informed technical decisionsPartner engagement: Experience serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders or clients, leading discovery conversations, validating opportunities, and aligning teams around shared goals.People leader: Managed teams of product managers, including being a manager of managers - providing feedback and encouragement with direct responsibility for the team’s contributions.Compensation:Total Cash Compensation Range: $215,0000 – $305,000 per yearNew York City Total Cash Compensation Range: $268,750 – $381,250 per yearThis role is also eligible for Equity, which is offered separately from the total cash compensation listed above.
