Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury Defense

Capehart Scatchard is seeking an experienced personal injury defense attorney to join our Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of litigation experience and the ability to independently manage cases.
Candidates must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. A portable book of business is welcomed but not necessary.
This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and a collegial work environment. We also offer a hybrid remote work schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.
Benefits include a year-end discretionary bonus; health plan; FSA; discretionary 401k bonus up to 4%; 3 weeks’ vacation after the first six months of employment; cell phone; laptop; firm payment of relevant bar dues; firm provided seminars for compliance with mandatory CLE requirements; professional negligence insurance; Life Insurance at 1 ½ times your salary up to a maximum of $100,000 at firm expense; the option to purchase additional Life Insurance at group rates; Long Term Disability Insurance at firm expense; the option to purchase additional Long Term Disability Insurance at group rates; the option to purchase AFLAC at group rates; the option to purchase vision coverage and one of two dental plans.
Salary Range: $125,000 to $160,000
