Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring and Adjustments : Observe product continuously during operation to ensure products meet specifications.
- Attention to Detail : Ability to evaluate product quality
- Physical Stamina : Capability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials, and standing for long periods, 12 hour shifts.
- Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or apprenticeship may be beneficial. Experience preferred but not required. Training available as needed. *Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
