Service Technician – Diesel, Agricultural & Small Engine Mechanic Put your mechanical skills to work! We are looking for a dependable Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, and small engines. If you enjoy troubleshooting mechanical problems, working with your hands, and providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel, agricultural, construction, and small engine equipment, including motorcycles, ATVs, and Honda engines.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, fuel, and mechanical systems.
• Perform engine repairs, rebuilds, and overhauls.
• Set up, assemble, and repair farm implements and agricultural equipment.
• Replace bearings, disks, harrows, chains, shafts, seed cups, tires, and hydraulic cylinders.
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed.
• Complete work orders, service records, and parts tracking accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Explain repairs and recommendations to customers when needed.
• Perform occasional off-site service calls using a company service truck.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing diesel, agricultural, construction, or small engine equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
