Pyramid Healthcare Inc. is opening a new Concord, MA treatment program focused on SUD treatment for adults. We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support clients and families across the continuum of care, coordinating services, communicating with referral sources, and assisting with admissions and aftercare planning.
