Steward Dishwasher Summary Responsible for the cleaning of the kitchens, bar and employee restrooms. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Must be available to work the overnight shift. Cleans all floors in the kitchen, bar and wait staff area. Washes all floor mats. Cleans all equipment nightly. Cleans all stainless and sinks. Performs specialized cleaning duties nightly. Replaces all equipment in their appropriate area. Responsible for the cleanliness of the employee restrooms. Assists in recycling as per company guidelines. Promotes proper sanitation and safety for guests and employees at all times. Performs shift duties in an accurate and timely manner. Fully understands all fire and emergency procedures. Follows all company policies. Maintains good personal hygiene habits. Promotes positive guest and employee relations. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
