What You’ll Do Assemble air conditioning units using hand and power tools Follow blueprints and engineering drawings to build subassemblies and final products Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Inspect parts for defects and report issues Collaborate with your team to meet production goals Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes Use basic computer tools (Excel, Word) to track production and inventory Be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed What You Bring High school diploma or GED Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a noisy and dusty setting Preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills What We Offer Competitive salary Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) On‑the‑job training and cross‑training opportunities A collaborative, safety‑first culture with a Zero Harm policy Opportunities for career growth and development Hourly Hiring Range: $16‑18 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
