The Facilities Painter II performs all patching, paint and wall covering, interior and exterior maintenance to ensure compliance with JCAHO and keep the facility at an optimal level of efficiency.

Hours : Full time (40 hours), Day Shift, Weekend Work Required

Location : Johns Hopkins Bayview Med Ctr, 4940 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, Maryland

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License verifiable through the Motor Vehicle Administration
• Work requires the skills to read and understand instructions, add and subtract numbers, and make comparisons between numbers and letters.

Salary Range: Minimum 27.29/hour - Maximum 27.29/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
