Title: Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Sartell and Sauk Rapids, Minnesota (2 properties)Pay: $28-$32 per hourBenefits: Medical, dental, life insurance, short term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, paid holidays, paid time off and 401k.Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, some weekends as needed and on-call rotation with other properties.We offer a full-time, stable position, with a supportive team environment. We're looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our growing apartment community team! If you take pride in your work, enjoy helping residents, and have strong technical skills, we want to hear from you.What We're Looking For:Strong knowledge of apartment general maintenanceExcellent customer service skillsDependable, organized, and detail-orientedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be able to communicate effectively in EnglishBasic computer skillsReliable transportation, you will use your own vehicle and receive mileage reimbursementMust be able to clear an extensive background checkBoiler's license preferred. You will be required to obtain your Boilers License within 90 days of employment. We will pay for the Boilers License exam and study material.Responsibilities Include:• Completing apartment maintenance turnovers quickly and efficiently• Troubleshooting and repairing boilers and general maintenance issues• Providing friendly, professional service to residents• Maintaining organized work orders and maintenance areas• Working closely with the property management team to keep the community running smoothly.Metes and Bounds is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
