About the Role:
Carpet Lawns LLC is looking for a motivated Weekend Landscape Crew Member to join our hardworking team in Marietta, GA! This is a great opportunity to get outside, build hands-on skills, and be part of a crew that takes pride in delivering beautiful, well-manicured properties. Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing on residential and/or commercial properties
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Apply mulch, plant materials, and perform general landscape bed maintenance
• Follow crew leader instructions to complete job sites efficiently and on schedule
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites
• Load and unload equipment and materials from company vehicles
• Represent Carpet Lawns LLC professionally when on customer properties

Requirements:

• Prior landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work weekends reliably and on a consistent schedule
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites is a plus
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently as part of a crew
