HR Manager Milton Keynes, 5 days a week office based £60,000 - £65,000 Permanent Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a varied role where you can make a real impact? Join an established and growing organisation in Milton Keynes, taking ownership of a broad HR function and working closely with senior leadership. This is a hands-on opportunity covering everything from employee relations and recruitment to performance, development, and wellbeing, with plenty of scope to improve processes and shape the employee experience. Key Responsibilities for a HR Manager Provide proactive HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a broad range of people matters. Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence, and performance matters. Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, processes, and procedures in line with employment legislation and best practice. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, appraisals, and ongoing employee development. Work closely with senior leadership on workforce planning, organisational development, employee engagement, and business improvement initiatives. Support the effective management and compliance of company-wide operational responsibilities alongside the HR function. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, and organisational effectiveness.
