Location 12450 Perry Highway,Wexford, PA, 15090,United States Base Pay $14.00 - $15.00 / Hour Job Category Active Employee Type Full Time Description POSITION OVERVIEW The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and managing front desk operations. This role supports daily office functions through communication, coordination, and administrative tasks, helping ensure smooth and professional operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Greet and welcome visitors with warm and professional demeanor. Check visitor credentials and notify appropriate staff of arrivals. Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner Accept and log package deliveries, ensuring they are directed to the correct department Direct vendors and ensure they follow proper entry protocols Maintain clean and organized front desk area Completes general clerical duties such as word processing, filing, answering and routing telephone messages, scheduling, data entry, distributing faxes. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. Other Requirements: Ability to comprehend access and utilize electronic medium and various computer programs. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to positively interact with diverse personalities. Effective organizational skills. Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines. Ability to perform multiple tasks and maintain flexibility with priorities.
