Speech Language Pathologist

Description Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. Supervisory Responsibilities:
• None. Duties/Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide therapy services to pediatric and/or adult patients (depending on setting)
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in a timely and compliant manner
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and strategies for carryover
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (PT, OT, physicians, educators, etc.)
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and ethical standards Requirements Required Skills/Abilities:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or license-eligible) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in [outpatient / school / home health / SNF] setting preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Passion for patient care and clinical excellence Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift, assist, and transfer patients as required
• Prolonged standing, walking, and manual therapy activities
