School Nurse - PART TIME

Eagle Hill School is looking for a full timeevening nurseand a part time nurse to join our team and help care for our students. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of 220 high school students who live on campus. Working in our on-campus Health Center, you’ll play a key role in keeping our students healthy, safe, and supported. Provide compassionate and professional care to students during the evening hours. Assess and treat students who visit the Health Center with illness or injury. Determine and carry out an appropriate plan of treatment. Maintain a current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts. Meet or exceed all expectations as outlined in the Massachusetts “Professional Code of Conduct as a Registered Nurse”. Participate in the orientation and training of the teaching and residential staff. Maintain certification as a First Aid and CPR Instruction Assist with the daily operations of the Medication Administration program and organizing medications in advance. Dispense medications according to doctors’ orders. Assure all required documentation is present. Job Requirements A current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license. 2+ years of nursing experience (preferably with adolescents or in a school or pediatric setting). Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal. A calm and thoughtful approach, especially in emergencies. CPR/First Aid Instructor certification is a plus Citizenship, residency or work visa required These positions allow the appropriate candidate the opportunity to directly make a difference in the lives of our 220 high school students.
