Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Kingwood, WV
Pay: $26–$31 per hour, based on experience and credentials

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy to children in accordance with their treatment plans

• Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs under BCBA supervision

• Collect accurate session data and maintain timely, high-quality session notes

• Help clients build communication, social, daily living, and independence skills

• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies

• Communicate professionally with BCBAs, families, and other members of the care team

• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development

• Celebrate the small wins — because in ABA, sometimes a small win is actually a BIG deal!

What We're Looking For

• Active RBT certification preferred

• Candidates currently completing their RBT requirements are welcome to apply

• Experience working with children, individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, education, or behavioral health is a plus

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Dependable, patient, and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team

• A genuine desire to help children learn, grow, and become more independent
