The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our school, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between staff, students, and parents. This individual will also provide direct support to the building administrators. This position requires a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries. Manage school correspondence and office records. Assist with school events and meetings, including coordination of logistics and materials. Handle confidential student and staff information with discretion. Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as required.
