What You'll Do

As a Line Cook at Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy the authentic flavors and high-quality dishes we're known for. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy shifts.
• Managing prep work, stocking stations, and monitoring inventory levels.
• Bringing creativity, passion, and professionalism to every dish you prepare.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a dedicated and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
• A strong work ethic and ability to handle the demands of a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
