Director of Technology (IT)

Job Description As a Director of Technology, you will be a core member of RBW supporting our growth and effectiveness. You can expect to go broad and deep on our tech stack, and across multiple products, while leading a best-in-class team. You will be playing a key part in the delivery of critical programs that are strategically aligned to our overall business strategy including Industry 4.0 and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Accountable for IT operations, including management of business applications, management of end user desktop/laptop computers and software, management of network communications equipment, management of systems security processes Accountable for the design, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and software Responsible for Identifying, evaluating, and recommending other key technologies required to support and improve the business processes Responsible for technical projects to ensure they are aligned with organizational strategic objectives and key results Ability to manage a complex mix of projects while optimizing resource allocation based on strategy and business goals Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including operations, network architecture, systems engineering, and cybersecurity initiatives.
