Senior Tax Analyst

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative corporate tax team where you'll work on strategic initiatives that have a direct impact on the business. You'll gain exposure to domestic and international tax planning, complex transactions, and high-profile cross-functional projects while partnering with leaders across finance, legal, and operations. What You’ll Be Doing Support strategic domestic and international tax planning initiatives. Research new tax legislation and assess the impact on the organization. Build and maintain financial and tax models to support planning decisions and business initiatives. Assist with legal entity restructurings, financing transactions, tax credit strategies, and other planning projects. Partner with finance, legal, accounting, and business stakeholders to provide tax guidance on key initiatives. Prepare technical documentation supporting tax positions, planning strategies, and internal controls. Work closely with the tax compliance and tax accounting teams to ensure planning initiatives are properly reflected in tax filings and financial reporting. Coordinate with external advisors on technical projects and specialized planning opportunities. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related discipline (JD or advanced tax degree is a plus). At least 3+ years of corporate tax experience within public accounting or an in-house tax department. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting tax legislation and applying it to real-world business situations. Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities. Experience with federal tax incentives or tax credit programs. Exposure to corporate tax planning, legal entity restructuring, international tax, or cross-border transactions.
